Frequently Asked Questions: Corporate & Executive Car Service
Do you offer hourly or as-directed service?
Yes. You reserve the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time and direct where it goes. The vehicle waits between stops and the itinerary can change during the day without renegotiating anything. This is the right arrangement whenever the end time is uncertain or there are three or more stops.
What is the difference between hourly and point-to-point?
Point-to-point is one pickup, one destination, one flat rate, and the vehicle is released at the end. Hourly means you are buying the vehicle’s availability rather than a specific journey. If you can imagine saying “actually, can we stop at” during the day, book hourly. We break down hourly and point-to-point in more detail, including how wait time is billed.
Can you handle a multi-site roadshow?
Yes, and hourly is the only sensible way to run one. Multi-site days slip, and a schedule that absorbs the slip without a series of phone calls is worth more than a marginally cheaper per-leg rate. Give us the sites and the rough order, from Georgetown up to Mount Pleasant, and we will build the day.
How is wait time billed?
On an hourly booking, waiting is what you reserved, so there is no separate charge for it. On a point-to-point booking, reasonable wait at pickup is built in, but extended waiting is not, because the vehicle is scheduled for other work afterwards. If your schedule is uncertain, hourly usually costs less than point-to-point plus the cost of things going wrong.
Can you meet a client at the airport?
Yes. For a client or executive you are hosting, meet-and-greet inside at baggage claim is the right call rather than curbside. We track the flight either way, so a delayed arrival does not become a missed pickup.
What vehicles do you run for corporate work?
Executive SUVs for individuals and small groups, and 14 and 24-passenger executive buses for teams, conference shuttles and client entertaining. Tell us the passenger count and whether luggage is involved and we will match the vehicle.
