What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from departure. If it lands late, your pickup time moves with it and there is no charge for the delay. You do not need to call us from the tarmac, though we are glad to hear from you if plans change. This is the main practical difference between a scheduled chauffeur and a rideshare you summon after landing.
Will the driver meet me inside, or at the curb?
Either. Curbside is the default and it is quicker if you know the airport. Meet-and-greet puts your chauffeur inside at baggage claim with your name, which is the right choice for guests you are hosting, first-time arrivals, and international connections where clearance times are unpredictable. Tell us which when you book.
Which airports do you serve?
Myrtle Beach International (MYR) and Charleston International (CHS) are the two we run most. We also handle long-distance transfers to Wilmington International (ILM) and Charlotte Douglas (CLT) at a flat rate agreed in advance, which is usually the better answer when a rental car would mean paying to park it at the far end.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
For a standard MYR or CHS run, a few days is usually enough. For a summer Saturday, a holiday weekend, a wedding weekend or a golf group arriving together, book two to three weeks out. Larger vehicles are the constraint, not availability generally.
Can you fit our luggage?
Tell us the passenger count and the bag count when you book and we will put you in the right vehicle rather than the smallest one that technically seats you. Golf clubs, ski bags and oversized cases all need to be declared in advance. A seven-passenger SUV that seats your group comfortably does not always carry seven sets of luggage.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, with advance notice. Tell us the number of children and their ages when you book so we bring the correct seat type. We cannot fit a seat we were not told about on the morning of the transfer.
Do you run late-night and early-morning pickups?
Yes. A 4am departure for a first flight out of MYR and a 1am arrival into CHS are both routine. Book these further ahead than a daytime run, because we schedule fewer vehicles in those windows.
What does an airport transfer cost?
It depends on the pickup point, the airport, the vehicle and the time. We quote a flat rate before you book and it does not change afterwards, which means no surge pricing on a Sunday afternoon in July. Call 843-256-6098 with your pickup address and flight and we will quote it on the call.
