Southern Charm Limousine – Terms and Conditions
1. Service Commitment
The Company agrees to provide the reserved vehicle and chauffeur at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
2. Additional Service Hours
a. Service hours may be extended, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability, at a rate of $60 per 15-minute increment.
b. Charges for additional time will be processed to the credit card on file.
c. Credit card payments are the exclusive method of payment accepted.
3. Gift Cards
a. Gift cards must be presented at the time of request or booking.
b. Gift cards are valid only for the 14-passenger and 24-passenger limousine buses.
c. Gift cards are redeemable only for rentals of five (5) hours or more.
d. Reservations must be made through the Company’s official website.
e. Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional discounts or special offers.
f. Gift cards hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
4. Cancellations
a. Cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled reservation may be eligible for a credit toward future service.
b. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of the full payment. A credit for future use may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
6. Cancellation and Refund Fees (not for 3rd party, brokers, agents…see #7 below for 3rd party terms)
Any request for cancellation or refund will be subject to a processing fee equal to the charge imposed by the credit card processor. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any refund amount issued. The Company is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by the issuing financial institution.
7. 3rd Party Agreements
No refunds for 3rd party transportation deals, agreements, or substitutions. This includes brokers and agents.
All sales are final.

At Southern Charms Limousine, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms that help keep every ride smooth, clean, and professional.
1. Our Commitment
We’ll provide your reserved vehicle and chauffeur at the scheduled time and location. While we pride ourselves on punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond our control may occur—we’ll always communicate and do our best to keep your plans on track.
2. Extra Time
Need more time? If available, service can be extended at $60 per 15-minute increment. Charges will be processed to the card on file. All payments are made by credit card.
3. Gift Card Donations & Raffles
Gift card donations and raffle prizes provided by Southern Charms Limousine are valid only for 14-passenger or 24-passenger limo bus rentals (five-hour minimum).
They must be booked through our official website and used for the date specified on the certificate.
Gift card donations or raffle prizes cannot be resold, transferred, or combined with any other promotion or discount.
Certificates hold no cash value and expire on the date listed.
4. Cancellations
Cancel 7+ days before your reservation: credit toward a future ride.
Cancel within 7 days: non-refundable.
No refunds for no-shows, unused time, or early terminations due to unsafe behavior.
5. Cleanliness & Damage
Clients are responsible for damages or excessive mess.
Cleaning Fee: $100/hour beyond normal use
Biohazard Fee: Minimum $1,000
Confetti/Glitter: Prohibited; $500 cleanup fee applies
Charges are processed to the card on file; declined payments due within 7 days.
6. Alcohol & Safety
Alcohol allowed for guests 21+.
No smoking, vaping, drugs, or weapons.
Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving. Unsafe or illegal behavior may end the ride without refund.
7. Personal Belongings
Please check for your items before exiting. Southern Charms Limousine is not responsible for lost or left-behind property.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, accidents, or weather. If a mechanical issue arises, we’ll make every effort to provide a comparable replacement vehicle.
9. Payment Authorization
By booking, you authorize Southern Charms Limousine to charge your card for deposits, balances, cleaning, damage, or overtime fees. Unpaid balances after 7 days may be sent to collections.
10. Agreement
Confirming a reservation means you’ve read and agreed to these terms. Our goal is to ensure every ride is safe, stress-free, and memorable.

Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage Policy
Southern Charms Limo maintains the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and care—an essential part of our service commitment. By reserving transportation with us, clients agree to the following:
Client Responsibility
Clients are financially responsible for all damages, including but not limited to excessive soiling, stains, or negligence. Charges may also include revenue loss if the vehicle must be removed from service due to damage or cleaning.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
A cleaning fee of $100 per hour will apply for excessive soiling.
A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for biohazard remediation or other significant damage.
The chauffeur will assess and document all damages at the time of service.
Payment Authorization
Southern Charms Limo reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any cleaning, repair, or replacement costs, regardless of prior arrangements. If the credit card is declined, full payment—including any collection costs and attorney’s fees—must be made within seven (7) days.
Equipment Damage
Damage to the karaoke microphone system will require replacement of the entire unit, as individual components are not sold separately.
Acknowledgment
By signing, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
Drugs & Alcohol
Southern Charm Limousines – Alcohol, Substances & Safety Policy
Southern Charm Limousines upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage alcohol consumption, the possession or use of illegal substances, and the possession of firearms. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Southern Charm Limousines assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries or incidents resulting from intoxication or unsafe behavior.
For the safety and well-being of all passengers, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual who appears severely intoxicated, behaves in a disorderly manner, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Party Bus Rental Agreement – Guest Responsibility and Media Release
Guest Responsibility
The renter of the party bus is fully responsible for ensuring that all guests are informed of and comply with Southern Charm Limousines’ policies and rules at all times. Adherence to these policies is mandatory and non-negotiable.
The renter assumes complete responsibility for the conduct, safety, and behavior of all passengers during the rental period and will be held liable for any damages, violations, or misconduct occurring onboard.
The renter also acknowledges it is their responsibility to make sure that there is clearance for any vehicle to clear all obstacles and fit. Our driver will not take the vehicle into any area that they deem unsafe or possibly damaging to vehicle or property. Dead-end streets, gated areas, and limited maneuvering are all issues that need divulging by the client when booking. We will not be responsible or liable for changes or alternating schedules due to omission of facts.
Media Release
By boarding the vehicle, each passenger grants Southern Charm Limousines unrestricted permission to photograph, film, or record video and audio during the event.
Passengers expressly waive any right to review, approve, or claim ownership of such materials. All recordings and reproductions remain the exclusive property of Southern Charm Limousines and may be used, in perpetuity and without limitation, across all media platforms—including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing, and promotional materials.
This consent is irrevocable, perpetual, and legally binding.
Use of Onboard Accessories
Complimentary party accessories (such as hats, glasses, and props) are provided for guest enjoyment and must remain onboard at all times. Guests are expected to handle these items respectfully.
If any accessories are damaged, excessively soiled, removed from the vehicle, or deliberately thrown on the floor in a way that causes damage, the renter will be charged a replacement or cleaning fee as determined by Southern Charm Limousines.
Overages & Wait Times
Overtime Charges and Payment Authorization
In the event that services extend beyond the contracted reservation period, additional time shall be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments at a rate of sixty dollars ($60.00) per increment. The Client expressly authorizes Southern Charm Limousines to charge all such overtime fees, along with any other applicable charges or expenses incurred under this Agreement, to the credit card provided and kept on file.
This authorization shall remain valid and in full effect until all outstanding balances are paid in full. The Client acknowledges that any refusal or failure of payment may result in additional collection costs and legal fees.

Mandatory Passenger Safety Regulations
Purpose
To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers and chauffeurs, the following safety regulations are strictly enforced aboard all Southern Charm Limousines vehicles. Compliance with these rules is mandatory and non-negotiable.
1. Intoxication Policy
Passengers who, in the sole discretion of the driver, appear to be severely intoxicated shall be immediately disembarked to protect their safety and that of all other passengers. This policy is mandatory and not subject to negotiation.
2. Passenger Movement Restrictions
Standing, dancing, or otherwise moving about the vehicle while it is in motion is strictly prohibited. Such conduct presents a significant risk of serious injury in the event of sudden braking or an accident.
Passengers are reminded that the vehicle is provided for transportation purposes only—not as a recreational venue. Compliance with this regulation is required at all times.
3. Driver Authority
Any violation of these safety regulations will result in the vehicle being stopped and a verbal warning issued by the driver. Continued violations shall result in immediate termination of the trip, without refund, in order to prioritize the safety of all occupants.
4. Respect for the Driver
The driver is vested with full authority to enforce these regulations and ensure passenger safety. Passengers must comply promptly with all driver instructions and are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect at all times.
5. Passenger Conduct
The driver reserves the right to remove from the vehicle any passenger engaging in disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:
Excessive noise
Aggression or profanity
Any conduct that interferes with the comfort or safety of others
Removed passengers will be solely responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of their own alternative transportation.
6. Non-Compliance Penalties
Persistent disruptive behavior following a warning shall result in immediate cancellation of the trip without reimbursement. Strict adherence to these regulations is a condition of service, and non-compliance will result in substantial penalties, including removal from the vehicle and forfeiture of all fees paid.
7. Acknowledgment
The renter and all passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Mandatory Passenger Safety Regulations. The renter accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all passengers comply with these regulations.
Failure to adhere will result in the enforcement of the penalties outlined above.
Smoking
Smoking and Vaping Policy
Prohibition
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles owned, operated, or provided by Southern Charm Limousines (“Company”).
Mandatory Cleaning Fee
Any violation of this policy will result in an immediate, non-negotiable cleaning fee of $500.00, regardless of the level of contamination or odor present.
Damages
In addition to the mandatory cleaning fee, the renter shall be responsible for all costs associated with any damage, odor remediation, or loss of revenue resulting from smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
Payment Authorization
The renter expressly authorizes the Company to charge all applicable cleaning fees, damages, and related expenses to the credit card provided on file. If the credit card is declined, full payment—including any collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees—must be made within seven (7) days.
Acknowledgment
By entering into this agreement, the renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to comply with this strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy, and accepts full responsibility for ensuring all guests comply.
User Consent
By using Southern Charm Limousine Llc’s services, including signing up for text message communications, you expressly consent to collecting, using, and sharing your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security.
You further consent to receive text messages from Southern Charm Limousine Llc, including transactional and customer service messages. You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the messages. Your continued use of our services constitutes your ongoing consent to these terms.
Opt-out Procedures
You may choose to stop receiving promotional text messages from Southern Charm Limousine Llc at any time. To opt out, simply reply to any text message you receive from us with the word “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Once we receive your opt-out request, we will promptly remove your number from our promotional messaging list. Please note that opting out of promotional messages will not affect your ability to receive important service-related communications.
Message Frequency and Content
By subscribing to Southern Charm Limousine Llc’s text messaging service, you agree to receive updates related to your orders, requests, recent and upcoming trips. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in each message.
Liability and Disclaimers
Southern Charm Limousine Llc is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Southern Charm Limousine Llc.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Southern Charm Limousine Llc will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery, or technical issues. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Data Security and Information Handling
Southern Charm Limousine Llc is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, it is also your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your account information and any passwords associated with your use of our services.
You agree to notify Southern Charm Limousine Llc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Southern Charm Limousine Llc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or personal information adequately. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no data transmission over the Internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, you use our services at your own risk.
